DUTIES OVERVIEW OF THE LEAD GENERATOR:

Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.
Making outbound calls to current, previous, and new customers to schedule service, promote preventative maintenance programs and answering any questions about our services
Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills
Coordinating required response for all emergency service calls
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
Delivering various communications to homeowners as needed
Performing other tasks related to the position as assigned

LEAD GENERATOR (REMOTE) IDEAL AND REQUIRED QUALITIES:

Ability to work remotely from your home, free of distraction, is required***
Must possess your own computer as we will install the needed software***
Must be at least 18 years of age***
At least 6 months of prior work experience
A knack for making the customer feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of
Positive attitude and a knack for SALES!
EXCELLENT customer service demeanor to treat our customers like gold
Flexible and adaptable to work in our ever changing environment
Accurate and detail oriented
Thick skin and ability to handle HIGH and LOW volume call days
WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:
- The work schedule for this position is:
  - Monday-Friday typically from 11am-4pm CST
  - One required rotating Saturday or Sunday, 4-hour shift.
    - The above work schedule is pretty typical, but please expect the hours to change pending seasonality, business demands, and the like. **

**$18.00 base wage to start + additional earning potential through an incentive plan!

Our remote staff are required to travel to the office a few times throughout the year. We require that our staff live close in proximity to our office location in Burnsville, MN, for this reason. Does this work for you?* YesNo

This role will fluctuate based on seasonality of the business with work hours from 12 hours minimum each week to 29 hours maximum each week. Does this work for your lifestyle? (We are very busy in the heart of both Summer and Winter, and typically less busy in Spring and Fall).*

This role will be Monday-Friday from 11am-4pm, and a required 4-hour shift once per month, either Saturday or Sunday, on a once-per-month rotation. Please expect this schedule to flucturate slightly throughout the year. Do these hours work in your lifestyle?* Yes!No, I would need to connect with someone to discuss my availability.

Our contact center staff is also required to work at least one rotating Saturday and one rotating Sunday per month. The shift hours are 8am-4:30pm on those days. Will this work for you?*

We operate 24/7 as a business, therefore some holidays are required to work remotely if hired. Are you willing and able to work some holidays throughout the year?*

We have some incredible software, and once hired, all we need is for our Information Tech Team to get it set up on your own laptop or desk top computer. Which device do you have for use?*

The training for this position will be for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30PM. It is required to be fully in office for just the initial 2 weeks of training. On Week 3, training can resume remotely. Are you willing and able to be in the office for the first two weeks?*
