TYPICAL CUSTOMER CONCIERGE DUTIES:

Prioritize and dispatch service calls to our amazing HVAC techs, plumbers, drain cleaners, duct cleaners and electricians.
Provide written and verbal communication with a strong sense of urgency and keen eye for detail
Promote positive communication with our field staff, management team, and customers on the schedule
Sell Memberships to homeowners to build long lasting customer relationship.
Lead generation by offering alternative promotions or services to customers based on needs
Process material orders required to perform services sold
Maintain customer database with current information and gate keep the data flow to the field and back from the field to the office.
Utilize additional technology and software to complete the daily workflow.
Support administrative staff and service department personnel with various projects and issues
Miscellaneous duties as assigned…. And this is not an understatement.

Genz Ryan Plumbing, Heating and Electrical has an opening for a BRIGHT, OUTGOING PERSONALITY to fill a crucial full-time seat of a CUSTOMER CONCEIRGE in our service department! This person has an important role and must thrive in a fast-paced office environment handling a high volume number of calls, texts, and emails with both our field staff and our valuable clientele. We take pride in respecting one another while mixing lots of fun and jokes throughout your busy work day.
CUSTOMER CONCIERGE IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS…..

Sales Driven Mentality
Provide written and verbal communication internally and externally with a strong sense of urgency and proactive mindset
Provide 5 star customer service to both our internal and external customers
At least 6 months of experience working in a fast-paced office environment required.
Be able to organize and fit pieces of a “puzzle” where they fit!
Make relationship building with your service technicians top priority!
A high school diploma is strongly preferred but not required.
Great verbal communication, strong email etiquette and savvy with technology.
Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
Resilient to constant change!!
Ability to work the following:
- Training Schedule for First 3 Weeks: M-F from 8am-4:30pm.
- Long-term, full-time schedule would be M-F 10:30-6:00 or 11:30-7:00
Rotating Saturdays (typically monthly) from 8:00-12:00pm

This position requires working every other Saturday, maximum. You will not work Sundays however as this is not part of the department required hours. Monday-Friday would be your "flexible" days to fill in the remaining 32 hours of the work week. Does this work in your lifestyle?*
