What You’ll Do:

Make Things Happen – Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to introduce and sell our unique membership packages.
Be Consultative – Understand each customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
Close Deals – Turn conversations into sales with your natural charisma and customer service skills.
Maintain Excellence – Follow call protocols and deliver top-notch service.
Crush Your Targets – Exceed sales quotas and KPIs like the rockstar you are.
Build Rapport – You’re not just rushing callers off the phone – you take time to connect.
Stay on Top – Use our software to diligently follow up with customers.

Your Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a call center and/or inside sales environment is preferred.
Sales-driven with a positive, resilient attitude.
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks or longer.
Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30am-7pm.
