Your Role: Automotive Technician at Genz Ryan

In this position, you'll perform lube technician work in our fleet of 100+ vehicles, performing various tasks from routine maintenance to diagnosing, all while embodying our core values.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Vehicle Repairs: Handle tasks like oil changes, tune-ups, brake repairs, and more.
• Organization: Keep the shop spotless, set up service calendars, and document metrics daily.
• Communication: Update records, track maintenance schedules, costs, and licensing. 
• Team Support: Help with warehouse and building maintenance when needed, and drive process improvements.
• Perform: Miscellaneous warehouse, delivery, and other duties as assigned. 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday starting between 6-7am until 2-3pm. Option to work a short day on Friday! 
(Must be available for occasional off-hours calls/texts.)

What You Bring to the Team:

• Possessing a Valid Driver's License and being at least 18 years of age is required. 
• DOT Medical Card (or willingness to get one with our support and paid by the company)
• 609 Certification is a big plus!
• 1+ years of experience in automotive tech/mechanics
• A friendly personality and a strong work ethic—someone who can GET SH!T DONE!
