We are proud to be kicking off Jack Ryan Academy, our internal HVAC schooling program in which our students enrolled will have the opportunity to become full-time, long-term employees of Genz Ryan after only 12 short weeks in the program.

As a Jack Ryan Academy Apprentice HVAC Technician, you will learn the following:

CUSTOMER SERVICE and SELLING, and how we interact with the homeowner
Repair or replace defective systems, components, or wiring.
Inspect, reassemble, test, and repair systems according to manufacturer specifications
Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with users or verify that malfunctions have been corrected.
Processes to test and troubleshoot equipment
Recommend, develop, and perform preventative and general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing and vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, and changing filters.
Assist with other work in coordination with service team.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Jack Ryan Academy Apprentice HVAC Technician Qualifications:

A positive, “can-do” attitude
A motivated, sales driven personality with a knack for working face to face with customers
A passion for SALES with a competitive mindset!
Ability to work in an evolving environment and embracing change
Valid Driver’s License Required
Age 18+ Required
Impeccable communication skills
Ability to work multiple shifts with fluctuating start and end times for business demands

Compensation is $16/hour to START with lots of room to GROW from here!
